Richard and his team were a pleasure to work with. When it came to selling our house they came in and took wonderful pictures of the place on a Thursday and had an open house that weekend. Because of Richard's ability to sell we received 3 offers over asking price just from that weekend! I know that most of the time houses don't sell that quickly but I think that most of the credit is because of RM Realty's approach and knowledge. When it came to buying our house Richard was extremely patient with us and helped us narrow down our search for something that my wife and I were looking for. Richard was wonderful to work with when our family moved to Minnesota from Kansas. Though the experience of moving to Minnesota in January is to be given 1 star (we don't recommend), Richard receives a 5 star rating for his excellent work as our realtor (we highly recommend). He even shoveled a couple feet of snow off of a sidewalk during sub-zero temps on two occasions. Bless. Though the prospect of home shopping and purchasing from ten hours away was daunting, Richard made it very simple. He was quick to respond to texts and emails. He set up Zoom meetings to better understand the needs of our family for our next home, asking great questions to help us narrow the criteria for searches. He attended showings with the option for us to FaceTime from Kansas, not only saving us time and money on travel, but getting us the home we wanted before it flew off the market. He was knowledgable and we fully trusted his expertise through every step of the process. He has continued to provide us resources following our relocation and will be the first person we call when we need to move south again in search of shorter winters. Again, 5 stars for this great service and much appreciation for making our experience an easy one.
